The AP ranked them, now we tracked down the local game watching headquarters of some of the best teams in the country. Grab your jersey and facepaint- here's the lineup:
University of Florida - The alumni association's offical game watching headquarters are at Andreychuck's in Channelside, but Gator's on Treasure Island is ensconced in Gator gear.
Florida State University- The Tampa Noles meet up at Bar Louie at International Mall to watch all the games. Click here for their game watching calendar.
University of South Florida- The nationally ranked Bulls are riding a wave for football fever. Fans not lucky enough, or too lazy, to get a ticket show their horns at Gator's Dockside. Click here for more info from the alumni association.
Ohio State- Fans and alumni have two spots to watch their beloved Buckeyes. In Hillsborough, O'Brien's in Brandon is the big player for Ohio State games. In Pinellas, head to Mugs 'n Jugs to get your game on.
Illinois- Tampa Bay Illini hail to the chief at Prime Time in Tampa.
Wisconsin- Tampa Bay Badgers make their way to Mr. Bigg's to watch the game and munch on cheese nacho, chees fries, fried cheese (you get it).
Nebraska- Meet up with other Tampa Bay Huskers at Champions in the Marriot Waterside for games.
West Virginia- Mountaineer football is on tap at Beef O'Brady's in South Tampa for every game.
Auburn- The Tampa Bay Auburn Club has a new location for their game watching events. It's the Rock 'n Sports Bar and Grill in Centro Ybor.
Alabama- The Suncoast Crimson Tide tackle their game watching cravings at the Courtside Grille in St. Pete.
Penn- Tampa's Penn State alumni choose Charann's on Hillsborough.
South Carolina- Tampa's chapter of the Carolina Club Network huddle at Buffalo Wild Wings in Clearwater.
Wake Forest - The Wake Forest of Tampa Club have two taps of choice: Splitsville at Channelside or Beef O'brady's on South MacDill.
Iowa State- The local cyclones huddle up at Pete and Shorty's.
Oklahoma State- The Orange connection stays linked in with other fans at Barnacles in Brandon.
University of Oklahoma- Lee Roy Selmon and his brothers are former Sooners and get fellow alumni love from the "Florida Suncoast Sooners." They meet up at Lee Roy Selmon's for game days.
