This classic Irish pub is well worth the long climb up the stairs. It's out of the way location (right above the Green Iguana) makes this a quiet(er) hideaway from the bump and grind of Seventh Ave. The decor is classic old world with a bar of solid wood and mirrors. You can tell James Joyce doesn't invest on the interior design, but the worn out walls and furniture just adds to its authenticity.
