The northern-most location of one of Tampa Bay's best-known hot spots, Green Iguana Bar & Grill is a popular lunch and dinner destination. It has an extensive menu (burgers and the grouper among the favorites), but Green Iguana‘s better known for it‘s lakefront tiki bar, party atmosphere, big crowds, no cover -- and a giant lizard guarding the door!
Wednesday nights always bring in a crowd for their $1 drink specials on domestics and wells. There’s live music - some of Tampa Bay’s most popular cover bands play here - and a DJ seven nights a week, spinning a mix of rock, dance, top-40 and hip hop until 3 a.m. The exception at this location: Thursdays, which are Latin Nights -- so be ready to salsa the night away!

knowing that on Wednesday night the drinks are $1.. one of the bartender that works there charges about $4 per drink thats every night I go there.....
