There is no shortage of quality signature drinks at the Rare Olive, a chain of martini bars.  If you want variety, try a sampler of three drinks for $14.  Regular drinks cost $10.  We bypassed traditional martinis and tried these four, shown left to right: the Tommy Bahama (white rum, banana liqueur, and citrus), the Sunset Sipper (aged rum, premium vodka, pineapple juice, and grenadine), the Caribbean Cosmo (ask for the rum variation), and the strong O-gasm (orange rum, Grand Marnier, and orange juice).  We liked the Cosmo best, the pride of bartender Liz, who created it.
