Streetcar Charlie’s is part of the burgeoning Gaybor scene of gay-owned (and straight friendly) businesses in Ybor. Their tall rum drinks ($9) are smooth with a veiled punch. The Ybor Punch (right) is the best of the two, with rum (dark, spiced, and coconut) adding a flavorful kick to banana and raspberry liqueurs, grenadine, and cranberry, pineapple, and orange juices. The Streetcar Express (left) is lighter, but with a float of Bacardi 151 on top, is probably just as potent.
