The Franklin Derby

The Franklin Derby is the Fly Restaurant and Bar's version of the classic mint julep.  The Derby has bourbon and muddled mint leaves, sugar syrup and is finished off with a float of champagne.  The glass is rimmed with their house-made mint sugar dyed a festive green.  This drink is perfect for the sophisticated Irish on St. Patty's Day.
