Restaurant BT adds aromatics, including Thai Basil and a dash of pineapple, which works much better than heavier fruit and berry concoctions.  A splash of dark rum on top provides a nice color and taste contrast ($11). This refreshing cocktail is the perfect alternative to the regular ol' green beer.
