The West Coast

  • Clearwater Beach -- Clearwater beach is rated one of the top ten beaches in America and is visited by thousands of spring-breakers each year.
  • Ft. DeSoto- A natural playground for those looking to escape the crowd and see the a shoreline free of condos and tourist traps
  • St. Pete Beach -- Lined with hotels and watering holes, St. Pete Beach is always popular with tourists and locals.
  • Sarasota/Bradenton Beaches -- A bit more off the beaten path, but there's no beating the sunsets from these beaches.
  • Siesta Key -- Even on the hottest of days, the white sands along Siesta Key stays cool beneath your feet.
  • Venice Beach -- Known as one of the best places to go hunting for shark teeth, Venice also brings in divers drawn to the coral reef not far from the shore.

    The Southwest Coast

  • Ft.Myers -- Referred to as the "World's Safest Beach" because of its shallow waters and lack of undertow, Fort Myers Beach offers a wealth of history as well as fun.
  • Sanibel -- Powder white beaches, glorious sunsets and tropical foliage are just a few of the reasons why Sanibel Island is one of the most romantic beaches ever to grace Florida's west coast.
  • Captiva -- Once thought to be attached to Sanibel Island, sister Captiva offers the same powder white beaches, bird watching and amazing sunsets.
  • Boca Grande (Gasparilla Island) -- Crystal blue water and white sand make this a georgeous getaway spot.

 

The Panhandle

  • Pensacola Beach -- Amelia Island’s Fernandina Beach conjures up images of the Victorian era with its seaport architecture
  • Destin --  Located on the emerald coast, Destin is a favorite for golf and fishing enthusiasts.
  • Panama City -- Often a destination for the college crowd, this beach is frequently rank high on the best beaches for cleanliness, attractions, and vacation value.
  • Grayton -- Grayton Beach State Park is an eco-tourists dream, with sugary white beaches, over four miles of pine flatwood hiking trails, and canoeing on Western Lake.  There's also modern cabins and rustic campgrounds, a picnic area, and fishing.
  • Seaside -- The perfect little town where "the Truman Show" was filmed, Seaside offers gourmet food markets, art galleries, and boutiques minutes from Grayton and Fort Walton Beaches, and the Seaside Repertory Theater.

Northeast Coast

  • Fernandina Beach -- Amelia Island’s Fernandina Beach conjures up images of the Victorian era with its seaport architecture
  • Jacksonville Beach -- The beach has gained new attractions to complement its sand and surf
  • Anastasia Island -- Here one will find the more natural, historic pleasures Florida's East Coast has to offer

Central east coast

  • Ormond Beach/Flagler Beach -- These beaches are quieter alternatives to the nearby bustling Daytona Beach
  • Daytona Beach -- This popular beach destination is also a home to NASCAR
  • New Smyrna Beach -- is a top choice for locals and only an easy drive east on I-4
  • Cocoa Beach -- An easy getaway with one of the biggest surf shops in the world
  • Melbourne Beach -- Beautiful and tranquil with a great surfing destination nearby

Southeast coast
