People celebrated Hispanic diversity and culture in Tampa at Al Lopez Park for Conga Caliente. There was Hispanic food, a domino tournament, musical excitement, and an art village. This year's festival featured Maggie Carles of Cuba, the ever-popular artist, Rey Ruiz, and Tito Rojas.
