Teatro on Seventh (1600 E. 8^th Avenue, Tampa) and Master of Ceremonies Ian Williams (author, columnist, historian, rum aficionado) hosted a three-course rum tasting dinner featuring cuisines designed by Teatro Chefs Bill Haines and Phil Zeltsar. Each of the courses were paired or infused with rum.
