Die-hard Rays fans may have been outnumbered in Chicago, but they were the only ones still smiling on the way home.
Our media partner, 10connects sent up a newsteam to cover the game and found a few of those fans. Reporter Preston Rudie got a hard time from 10connects anchor Reggie Roundtree for wearing black to the game. Preston's excuse, "I packed late." Is he a closet Sox fan? You be the judge. Photographer Adam Vance got several shots of the crowd, Cellular Field, and the Comissioner's Trophy- a reminder that the Sox have been here before and won. After the game Preston got some shots of a section of true blue Rays fans and team President Matt Silverman soaked in Champagne.
