The Sawmill Camping Resort is a gay and lesbian campground located in Dade City, Florida (between Tampa & Orlando). Here you can camp along the winding Withlacoochee River with towering old cypress trees and enjoy nature in a peaceful setting. Sawmill offers 100 acres of nature trails, RV sites with full hook up, tent sites and a large variety of cabins. Check in at Lucy's General Store and pick up all your camping needs then visit our modern facilities complete with a CLOTHING OPTIONAL heated pool. Splash Bar & Grille located poolside offers a fabulous new menu & cocktails (eat-in & take-out.) Woody's Bar in the Courtyard has activities seven days a week to help keep you entertained, complete with a 24 hour game/pool room. The Outpost & Tannery and Paragon Leather Store, open on the weekends and certain weekdays, offers a large variety of Pride items, leather goods and novelties. Sawmill Camping Resort is a private membership facility. Membership cost is $10.00*, valid for one calendar year. Membership is required for all visitors, 21 and over with proper ID. Splash Pool Bar is Now A WI~FI Zone. Bring your PC and Surf for FREE. Activities Include: A different theme every weekend with varied events such as contests, comedy drag shows, country entertainment, costumes, live bands (Be sure to check our website’s Schedule page). Bingo on Friday nights, Flashback Friday music & the latest dance hits and remixes on Saturday Nights at Woody's with Sawmill's own House DJ....DJ ROB!! Retro Sundays w/Dj Jamie! T-Dances Sat & Sun afternoons (pending weather). Potluck dinner every Wednesday. Bring your favorite dish to share with other Sawmill members.
