Dedicated to education about the cultural and natural history of Southwestern Florida, The Crowley Museum & Nature Center provides educational classes and workshops, self-guided museum tours, and hikes through its vast nature trails.
Workshops include Master Wildlife Courses, Fossil digging, and learning about medicinal plants. Other special events include moonlit tours and group museum tours.
Take time to meander through the old post office and Miakka General Store, a Pioneer Cabin, and Blacksmith's Shop.
Practicing good "earth stewardship" the Nature Center includes walks through the Pine Level Trails, Boardwalk, the Sawgrass Marsh and a visit to the Observation Tower.
