The Collier County Museum offers 5 acres of beautiful botanical park, native plant garden an orchid house. The WWII Sherman Tank and old locomotive is a must see for history buffs, and indoor educational exhibits include a look at early Florida pioneers, Calusa and Seminole indian life, as well as early animal inhabitants. Don't forget to stop in the museum store for history books and novelty souvenirs.
