Well the numbers are in and Madonna ruled in global album sales Mariahs album sank fast and sold 1/4 of what Mdonna's HARD CANDY album managed. The 1st single off Hard Candy ruled the world chart for 12 weeks at #1 while Mariah did not manage hardly anything globally with her album and mild sucess in the USA to boot. So far Madonna has had 2 top 10 singles from HARD CANDY on the world chart and with the recent release of "Miles Away" maybe she will score a 3rd. Xtra bonus for MADONNA: Her new tour is to date the biggest grossing tour of 2008.

gotta vote 4 Mariah, you can say she may not dress her age (neither does Madonna), but she's a singer who can sing.
