Life-size gingerbread house

The Citrus Park Mall is now home to a life-sized Gingerbread house made of 800 cookies, 100 pounds of jelly beans, 300 pounds of marshmallows, 220 pounds of icing, and 50 types of other food products...whew! The giant Gingerbread creation was created by 30 Sickles High School students in the culinary program and will remain up for the rest of the holiday season.

...and you thought making a small one was difficult.
