Owner and chef Michael very humbly stops into the dining room to ask each guest how dinner was. He's not simply being polite, he really wants to know. A "word of mouth only" brasserie, MJs does no advertising, relying only on the smooth sauces and special spices added to filet mignon, duck and pasta classics to let his cooking do the talking for him.
Fine dining in a quiet, little known (until now) gem, MJ's tops off an excellent menu with luxurious desserts and fine port.
