Oystercatchers’ décor – contemporary, with hardwood floors, natural stone finishes and earthy colors – coupled with the open kitchen and club-like bar, provide plenty of visual interest. But it is the view outside of the sun sparking on the waters of Tampa Bay that steals the show.
On the menu: house specialties that include the fresh catch of the day prepared over a wood-fired grill, crab cakes and a seafood mixed grill designed by well-known Chef Kenny Hunsberger. Oystercatchers’ Sunday brunch has won awards and its bar boasts specialty cocktails and an extensive wine list.
