Shula's Steakhouse (Naples)

NFL coach turned restauranteur doesn't have to worry about running out of online sports memorabilia merchandise at Shula's Steakhouse virtual store. Don Shula can always sign another football.  But for great steaks, you'll need to visit in person.

With a menu suitable for pre-theater catering at the Philharmonic, Shula's offers steak by the style or weight.  Choose from 12 oz. filet mignon, 16 oz. NY strip, 32 oz Prime Rib or 48 oz. Porterhouse.  Cooked any way you like it, sides include asparagus or broccoli in a hollandaise sauce, lobster mashed and thick cut fries.  For the non-steak-eater in the group (who wandered in by accident), suggest the oysters rockefeller followed by the red snapper.  Decadant desserts like the chocolate souffle and molten lava cake are sure to please any chocolate lover.

While known for their dinners, Shula's also serves lighter fare lunches and early morning breakfasts.
