The Chattaway is must for any St. Petersburg resident or tourist. The outdoor burger joint is full of unique touches (check out the hedge made of flowerpot bath tubs). The atmosphere is casual and laid back with rows of picnic tables and cozy tables for two. The place is also a great find for those who love live music and their dog(s), as long as Fido is friendly. Acoustic or jazz musicians add a touch of Old Florida to this hidden gem. The Chattaway is known for its classic burgers, but don't forget to bring cash. At last check they don't take credit cards.
