Hiro's Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar
- 39522 U.S. 19 N.
- Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
- 727-943-8032
Like the majority of Japanese steakhouse restaurants, a large emphasis is placed on the preparation of the meal by the trained Japanese chefs and Hiro's is no different. Part chef and part culinary samurai, these trained cooks prepare the meal tableside in front of diners and put on a dazzling display of knife handling, chopping, dicing, balancing, spinning and flame demonstrations with the food and utensils that amaze children and adults alike. Hiro's goes one better than most traditional Japanese steak houses however, by providing an incredible sushi bar offering more than 40 types of rolls. Fast and friendly service is the order of the day.
