The Asian bistro is vegetarian-friendly and is often frequented by veggie eaters. The miso soup has become a favorite in this restaurant. Carnivores will also find plenty of the menu to satisfy their appetites. They offer raw and cooked varieties. But beware if you order the TNT roll. It packs a big punch -- bring out the forks for that one!
Tofu, tempura and seaweed salad won't leave the veggie cravers hungry. Sushi galore and chicken katsu with egg custard tantalize. While still serving the vegetarians, they wrap the sushi with brown rice. Come have a seat on earthy bamboo seating or call for catering. The menu is broad enough for many to enjoy the expertise of the Tsuchiya family.
