Roy’s was founded in Honolulu by award-winning Chef Roy Yamaguchi in 1988, and is known for its Hawaiian Fusion® cuisine, a blend of local ingredients, European sauces and Asian spices. While the focus is on fresh seafood - sushi, fresh fish and shellfish - the menu includes hand-cut meats and a seasonal prix fixe menu.
Roy’s boasts an award-winning wine list, extravagant cocktails and a dessert menu featuring the restaurant’s signature chocolate souffle.
