Roy’s was founded in Honolulu by award-winning Chef Roy Yamaguchi in 1988, and said "aloha" to Tampa in 2000. Roy’s is known for its Hawaiian Fusion® cuisine, a blend of local ingredients, European sauces and Asian spices. While the focus is on fresh seafood, the menu includes dishes "from the land" that include filet mignon and rack of lamb. A seasonal prix fixe menu also is available. Roy’s boasts an award-winning wine list, extravagant cocktails and a dessert menu featuring the restaurant’s signature "Melting Hot Chocolate Souffle" The atmosphere is warm and island-inspired with an exhibition kitchen and outdoor dining. Reservations aren't required, but are recommended.
