Samurai Blue is well known in Ybor City for its fresh fish dishes and sushi. The Westchase location is a more relaxed setting, but with the same food. The dining room is filled with wooden tables and booths and there is also a full liquor bar and a sushi bar. For starters, try edamame, crab rangoon or tofu. A variety of handrolls, nigiri and sashimi are all part of the menu. Sake is a must for a sushi night and they have signature saketinis and other cocktails. Customers rave over Samurai Blue's sushi rolls, but for those who don't do sushi, try any of the fresh fish, steaks, chicken or salad selections.
