The smells of exotic, warm spices fill your nose before you open the door of this intimate Thai restaurant. This is homestyle Thai cooking, made without MSG and with care. Dishes such as Thailand's national dish and a favorite of many, Phad Thai, is on the menu, along with rice, noodle, veggie and meat items. Another item that is not often seen on a Thai restaurant's menu is frog legs. Siam Garden has those as well.

Servers take great attention to detail and remember those who walk in their doors often. It's no surprise that they have racked up many awards from various Bay area institutions over two decades -- and are proudly displayed on their dark wood-panelled walls.
