If you’re doing a drive or walk by scope of where to eat along the beach, chances are you won’t find this hidden treasure. Jimmy’s is located in the back of the Holiday Inn Resort, just listen and follow the island beats. Indoors is a classy Caribbean themed dining room, with original wall murals painted by Johnny Schunck, puka fans, and unique belt-driven spade shaped ceiling fans. But outside is where the real party begins. With live music every night, unique drink specials and of course breathtaking water views, the Fish House deck is where you want to be. You’re close enough to hear the waves crash, view spectacular sunsets and catch a chance at frequent dolphin sightings.
Jimmy’s features a menu of seafood delights, infused with oriental and Caribbean flair, along with plenty of alternatives for the land lovers.
