Meat, meat and more meat is smoked daily over a smoldering, sweet hickory fire for up to eight hours for maximum fall-off-the-bone perfection. Ribs, pulled pork, chicken and beef are all paired with Southern side dishes like crisp corn-on-the-cob, corn bread and creamy slaw. Eat like a true pig on Dave’s Famous Feasts, the Thanksgiving dinners of the barbeque world. They’re served up in garbage can lids just like Dave’s very first backyard smoker.
