At Hops, you don’t have to be a part of the boys club to savor the flavor of a juicy steak and a good ol' refreshing mug of micro-brewed beer. It’s a casual dining experience that’s big on taste and originality.

Separating it from the typical steakhouse joint, Hops has its own onsite brewery, serving up four permanent original favorites: Clearwater Light and Lightning Bold Gold,  classic American lager style beer; Hammerhead Red, a rich, malt amber ale; Alligator Ale , a full-bodied, mahogany colored ale. Plus there’s always a specialty seasonal beer on tap, along with homemade root-beer. And if you just can’t decide, ask for the sampler – each flavor-packed brew served up in a shot-glass size.

While Hops serves as a unique watering hole, their menu is also stacked with signature dishes to suit a variety of tastes including their famous Brewmaster steaks.
