Located in the lovely San Marco Plaza in Lakewood Ranch (just behind the Bell Tower), is one of the largest and most sophisticated pancake houses around.  Country Pankcake House and Restaurant also wins for having the longest take out menu ever, with not one option for waffles, eggs benedict or french toast, but at least two dozen (so much so, that they even get their own catagory on the menu).

Choose from pancakes, waffles, french toast, eggs, frittatas, crepes, sandwiches, burgers, gourmet salads, steaks, seafood, chicken, eggplant, pasta and low calorie and vegetarian cuisine. If that weren't enough, there's a complete fruit and veggie juice bar and list of home made desserts. 

Tell you what? Decide on what you feel like eating, and then match it up to the menu.  It's one there...somewhere!
