Spain Restaurant and Toma Bar has a split personality. During the weekdays, hearty Spanish meals like boliche or chicken and yellow rice are dished out cafeteria-style. If downtown’s workforce decides to stick around and visit Spain after the five o’clock exodus to the suburbs, they can swig a mojito and munch on tapas when the restaurant is transformed into a nightspot. Also, patrons can come out on Friday and Saturday nights to listen to live Flamenco music.

I can see why Spain decorated their restuarant in the manner that they have - a sleek minimalist design fits seamlessly into a budding chic downtow...
