MJ's is toast, just like the abandoned Bennigan's in front of it. Their site now looks like a redirect but just has profiles of a couple of the bands that played there during their brief time open. If anyone's curious, the former chef at MJ's now has a place on Central Ave. called Diner 437.

This is exactly what St. Petersburg...........and the bay area needs! The jazz is excellent........and live! The bartenders are terrific and friendly. Their drinks are amazing and the wines are perfect. The "POPS" split is very James Bond trendy. The chef's creations are like no one elses..........more bacon brittle..........please...and put a patton on the guacamole ravioli. St. Petersburg is really stepping up with this establishment......................P.S. The owners are wonderful people........very genuine. Thank you....MJ's.
