Bringing you a taste of Palermo, Carmen's Italian Cafe' offers house specials like Eggplant Rollatini and Pasta Carbonara as only Sicilian-born owner and chef Carmon Rizzo can do.
Visiting the cafe' feels like being invited into a scene from Moonstruck, at about the time Johnny Cammereri is proposing to Loretta. With white linen table cloths, burgandy accent walls and mood lighting, Carmen's is a that romantic little Italian place tucked away off SR64 and 27th St. E.
