Sure, you can stick with the standard pepperoni and cheese if you’d like to. But this pizzeria is "gourmet" for a reason.
Signature pizzas on the menu are topped with ingredients that include steak, smoked gouda cheese and portabella mushrooms. Seven "regional" pizza choices span global tastes. ‘Nawlins natives might try the Cajun Crawfish pie; shabby-chic types could prefer a slice of Country French. And those that can’t decide between pizza and Chinese take-out may consider the Thai Chicken pie; instead of tomato, there’s spicy Thai peanut sauce.
