A taste of Sicily on the southern side of the Village of the Arts, the Ortygia restaurant offers authentic Italian cuisine, fine wine and music, served by friendly chef and owner Gaetano Cannat.
Intimate indoor seating with a large outdoor garden dining area, Ortygia offers authentic Sicillian cuisine like Cotolette di Pollo breaded and with pecorino and parmagiano cheeses herbs, Timballo di Penne pasta filled with sausage, provolone, asparagus and eggs, and their signature dish, the Torte di Carciofi filled with artichokes and carmelized onions.
Ortygia also has an fine wine list, and offers a number of vegetarian dishes.
Catering and private parties welcome, and Wi-Fi available.
