Bowled is an upscale-casual bistro features Nouveau-American cuisine served in signature "bowls."
Michael Cecere opened Bowled restaurant in late 2008, and in doing so, he envisioned a cool, laid back place, where you could have a great meal.
Cecere made his dreams come true when he traded in his corporate job two years ago for an opportunity to own his own restaurant. Most meals at Bowled are served in a simple bowl. Make sure to try the "Bowled Meatloaf" a chipotle glazed meatloaf with scallion glazed potato, sweet peas, carrot's served with crispy onions or how about the "Ciopino Bowl" which has mussels, clams, baby shrimp, calamari, mahi mahi, simmered in a light saffron tomato-fennel broth served over polenta, with roasted sweet corn and herbed crostini.
