The Skinny: Ice cream. Italian ice. Custard. Water ice. Gellato. A bunch of terms have been thrown about for this frozen treat. And while I'm not sure exactly what to call it, I know I can call it delectable. While it's normally thought that pumpkin dishes are warm, this cool treat is suprisingly good and resembles pumpkin pie more than you would expect. So, why not? Give it a go!
