Joe Abed, the executive chef and owner, is serious about three aspects every good restaurant should offer - pleasant atmosphere, service, and food. He has carefully crafted all recipes to satisfy his own palate and has found near unanimous agreement among satisfied clientele.
The menu features dishes from all over Italy, a fusion of Northern and Southern Italian cuisine. Items on the menu include Portobella alla Griglia (portabello mushroom salad with field greens), Farfalla, Pollo à Limone (bowtie pasta with lemon chicken), or Eggplant Parmeseana. Entrées are speciality recipes featuring chicken, veal, fish and seafood and there are pizzas and calzones, too.
