Pinky's has the best breakfast in Tampa! I go there at least three times a week, as do many of my colleagues. Their eggs benedict is the best in town. They have an Ultimate Fried Egg Sandwich that'll knock your socks off. And do try the soups; the chef is incredibly talented and really displays his abilities in the technique and time he puts into his soups.
