Barnacle Bill's Seafood on Main
- 1526 Main St.
- Sarasota, FL 34236
- 941-365-6800
- Price range: $$$$ ($26-$30)
Definitely the hippest of Bill's Sarasota restaurants, the Main Street location combines an overwhelming menu of seafood and steak choices with a sizeable bar area, perfect for eating stone crab claws while watching the playoffs. The ambiance echoes the menu's variety, combining Eighties' Florida pastels with rich mahogany hues and steakhouse lighting. From richly sauced grouper almondine to seared ahi tuna nicoise or a Kobe beef filet, the menu spans genres beyond your typical seafood locale. If you can't find a dish you like, you're missing a page of the menu.
