Begin the experience with a Thai iced tea and an appetizer like crab rangoon or tom yum soup. Then for an entree, choose among favorites like cashew nuts chicken, mussaman beef, two friends panang (with chicken, shrimp, vegetables and curry sauce), pad thai (with chicken, shrimp, tofu, vegetables or seafood), chicken pineapple fried rice. Finish off the meal with desserts like Thai sticks (thai fried donuts served in cream sauce topped with peanuts), crunchy banana coins (chopped banana and deep fried in a wonton wrapper, then topped with honey and sesame seeds), or coconut ice cream with lychee nuts.
