The signature dish at Smokey Bones … its smoky bones. Well, barbeque, really. The restaurant touts its hand-rubbed, hickory-smoked “fall off the bone” barbeque as well as fire-grilled steaks, chicken, fish and burgers. It’s all served up in a décor designed to look like a rustic mountain lodge with wood and stone details and photos of the Grand Teton mountain range. Tables and booths feature personal audio dials to tune up (or down) one of the multiple TVs in the dining room. There’s room at the full bar, too.
