Lunch Review: New York, New York
New York, New York
(Credit: www.midnightrainbowmusic.com)

Sarasota's newest hot spot for live entertainment, fine dining and nightly happy hour, New York, New York is the place to be.  With the piano bar playing old standards during the afternoon, bluesy sounds of 40's lounge singers in the eve, and dualing pianos on the weekends, it's a flash to the past with the exception of contemporary cuisine and ambiance.

Dishes are conveniently separated by price range (labeled as the Tribeca, Central Park and Manhattan), with dinner entrees like the Peppercorn Filet, Broiled Walleye and Creole Gumbo, and a late night menu that includes Crispy Duckling and Smoked Lobster Fritters.

Nightly Happy Hour is from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., offering music and discounted drinks.
