Taste of Boston attracts hungry families spending the day at Ballast Point Park.  The grill serves up hot dogs, burgers, and chicken, as well as New England favorites like clam chowder and seafood bisque.  They also serve fresh local grouper and a Fisherman's Platter of haddock, scallops, shrimp, and clam strips.  Though the snack shop prides itself for this fresh seafood selection, they claim to have the best Steak and Cheese sandwich in the area, which is piled high with onions, peppers, and mushrooms and served with fries.

Throughout the week, the hungriest patrons are challenged by the All-U-Can-Eat specials on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which feature fried shrimp, fried or blackened basa, or fried haddock, respectively. Breakfast is also served on Saturday and Sunday, when the restaurant opens at 8 a.m.  Behind the restaurant is a patio overlooking the bay, and on the other side there is a playground for children to work up an appetite before being treated to ice cream on a hot day.
