Most couples document their relationships with home videos and photos, but when you’re moderately famous, you can supplement the memories-cum-painful reminders with a reality show (MTV’s “Newlyweds”), music videos (98 Degrees’ “My Everything”), and mediocre but pointedly-messaged pop songs (him: “What’s Left of Me”; her: “A Public Affair”).

Better off? Nick. He may have had to host “High School Musical: Get in the Picture” to pay the bills, but at least it wasn’t “Employee of the Month.”
