Tampa International Airport (TPA) is located five miles west of downtown Tampa. The airport – known locally as T.I.A. – is served by most major airlines which provide nonstop daily and connecting service to national and international destinations. T.I.A. features a satellite terminal configuration: the landside terminal includes ticketing and baggage services, as well as restaurants, news stands and gift shops, while four monorails shuttle passengers to one of four airside terminals. Airport parking options include short- and long-term, remote economy and valet.
