'Top Chef' contestants: Where are they now?

It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. (Kidding!) Sometimes ego prevails on "Top Chef," like with season two winner Ilan Hall, who's taking his sweet time opening his own joint. It should bow sometime in January in Los Angeles, with a Scottish and Middle Eastern menu to pay homage to his lineage. So just two more months until haggis kebabs.
