Correct diagnosis: C
You tell the patient: Congratulations! You have trypanosomiasis, also known as African Sleeping Sickness. Caused by parasitic protozoan trypanosomes, it is a parasitic disease in people and animals, caused by protozoa of genus Trypanosoma and transmitted by the tsetse fly. You may develop anemia and kidney disease, ending in neurological trauma once the parasite passes through the blood-brain barrier.
Translation: You are probably going to die.
