Patty Bouvier is one of Marge's chain-smoking, DMV-working, Homer-hating twin sisters. Patty and her twin Selma are hard to tell apart to casual "Simpsons" watchers, but there are a few distinguishing traits: Patty has an afro and wears a short-sleeved pink dress, pink shoes, orange triangular earrings and an orange circular necklace. Oh, and she's a lesbian.
